What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within a week of receiving your item to resolve any issues.
Items can be refunded or exchanged within 2 weeks of the purchase date and as long as there are no signs of wear, it must be in its original, new state.
We will not be responsible for items being returned that show extreme signs of wear and damage. Item must be mailed back (preferably in the same packaging and box to avoid damage during shipping) in order to start the return process.

How do I take care of my new jewelry?

Due to the textile materials used in most of my designs, using it while swimming or bathing is NOT recommended. Also, the best way to store the jewelry is inside the box provided. This way the anti-tarnish filling will preserve and protect the metal of each jewelry piece. Brass or gold-plated brass is often used in all the designs and tarnishing is greatly diminished when stored in the box and away from moisture in the air. Mild soap and a clean sponge is best method to clean the textile parts of each piece of jewelry.

How quickly does my order ship out?

Since all items are handmade, it generally takes 1-4 business days before orders are ready for shipment.

How are my items shipped?

All domestic orders are shipped First Class Mail. If you need an item expedited, please select your preferred method at checkout, ot contact us and we will make arrangements for express shipping and charge accordingly.
Large orders, however, may be shipped using Fedex or UPS with DIRECT signature capture so please take note.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Some countries are excluded from shipping, however, please contact us to verify.

What method of shipping is used for International orders?

International purchases are sent First Class Mail, US Priority Mail International, or DHL Express.  
All parcels goes through customs. Your package should have a smooth pass through customs, however, it can get held and your package can be delayed for any amount of time. 
***Also please note that any incurred fees through customs becomes the responsibility of the customer and not the seller***
